Paula (a co-owner) runs all of the administration for the company. She will normally be your first contact with us when you telephone. If you have any queries on paperwork, general price enquiries or wish to book an appointment for a service, training course or free quotation, Paula's your girl.

Paula is the secretary for the Rural Dorset branch of the Federation of Small Businesses.

John (the other co-owner) has worked in the fire trade since 1992. He is fully qualified to the requirements of BS5306 part 3 and also regularly trained as a fire fighter during his 10 years service in the Royal Navy. John is a registered service technician in the BAFE ST104 scheme. His registered number is 1205/1723.

John has attended a number of training courses and exhibitions. This has enabled him to stay abreast of developments within the trade and to know what is being developed for the future. John is also the national treasurer for the management committee of IFEDA, our trade organisation.

All of our training courses are run by John. He can advise on special requirements for training courses tailored to your own specific needs, if required.

Malcolm started with us on 1st June 2008. He has completed his training sylabus with us and attended the IFEDA qualifying course and examination at Fareham in October 2008. He passed all of his exams and is registered to the BAFE ST104 scheme 1205/1862. 

Malcolm spent 15 years working at a large local firm. He has a host of qualifications within the Health and Safety field and is a huge asset to our company.
