In addition to dealing with electrical hazards, flammable liquids and gasses, our extensive range of Dry Powder extinguishers are also effective on vehicle fires. Our range of powder extinguishers have the following points:
2kg units are suitable for use on vehicles having to meet the requirements of the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) regulations, whereby at least one extinguisher of 2kg or above is required in the cab. The 6kg and 9kg models are suitable for the above ADR Regulations in respect of the Vehicle Load where the laden weight exceeds 3.5 tonnes. |
